Road to Caldbeck Sunrise
This road between Caldbeck & Uldale is a regular route I take and is a joy every time regardless of the weather. The views on either side are breathtaking, especially when looking over to the fells and the mighty Skiddaw.
I wanted to capture a sunrise with the road disappearing in to the horizon. I had a few attempts before this one that didn’t come together. The cloud and fleeting moment that the sun broke through before disappearing behind the bank of cloud really makes this capture work.
